The beginning of this year has been a tough one for me. On February 17th, I lost my grandmother and then on March 9th I lost my mother. To miss this is an understatement. I think of them everyday because they were simply such incredible women. They are directly responsible for the woman I am today. Though I find peace in knowing they are no longer suffering, the emptiness does not leave. I love them both with all of my heart.
